ERPeople Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Workday Functional Consultant for a leading Workday Partner based in the US. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large growing organisation with exciting projects. The right candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of and must have worked on a full lifecycle Workday Implementation (Project Preparation till Go-Live).
Requirements
Requirements:- Functional delivery of implementations across the Workday platform, to include configuration, gathering business requirements and liaising with key stakeholders.
- Leading a functional workstream aligned to a Workday module: HCM, Compensation, Talent, Time and Performance.
- Facilitating design workshops which cover HR processes, HR operating model, and Workday configuration requirements.
- Experience in shaping HR landscapes and ensuring business requirements are aligned with functional and technical specifications
