🔎 We are currently recruiting for a multi-billion dollar organisation as they build an internal engineering team of SAP experts across the globe as they kick of a new greenfield SAP S/4HANA Program which will be rolled out over 120+ countries.

The Job:As Engineering Manager for SAP Transport Management (TM), you will be responsible for building our internal SAP TM capabilities across North America leading teams of SAP engineers to delivery end-to-end technical solutions focusing on quality and scalability. You will be working closely with business as well as technology leaders supporting strategic direction for SAP TM area and leading complex design decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a high-performance team and scale our SAP Transport Management Engineering capability
- Creating a High-performance working culture that match the companies core values to ensure the SAP TM Engineering team are engaged and work efficiently to achieve business goals
- Manage the SAP Transport Management engineering capabilities with SAP functional and technical engineers
- Responsible for solution design, build, testing, configuration and solution delivery for SAP TM products across all business units with focus on SAP TM and Supplier Portal Integration
- Maintain leadership in the development of delivery standards and architectural governance
- Ensure that SAP technology and delivery capability remain current with the business goals, and direct the development of delivery capability towards long-term business and technology goals
- Set an inspiring direction for the engineering team members
- Contribute to planning and delivery milestones for projects by being an active member
- Drive innovation by leveraging innovative new technologies and ways of working
- Coach, mentor and collaborate with peers, architects, product owners and project teams to achieve successful outcomes
Requirements:- Global SAP Transportation management Implementation and Rollout program management experience
- Experience in leading, building and scaling inhouse SAP engineering capability with one of the large global companies in SAP Logistics, Forwarding and Transportation management areas
- Prior background in SAP Transport Management domain in roles of Functional Consultant, Delivery or Program lead, Architect, Team lead
- Proven track record of working with senior business stakeholders and delivering on business outcomes through SAP technology
