This role will support, advise, problem solve and improve system processes across the SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Material Management) modules.

- Provide effective and timely IT support. Ensuring support to the user community within agreed SLAs in the area of responsibility (SD, MM, EDI)
- Implementing strong, innovative & cost-effective tools and solutions: configuration according to agreed designs, Testing of system changes, Creating and updating documentation
- Understanding business needs through constant collaboration and strong relationships with the business: gathering and analysing business requirements within the SAP SD/MM environment and translating them into functional and business specifications
- Management of user administration in SAP and other business applications
- Ensure compliance with IT internal controls
- Conduct analysis of large data when required as part of any of the activities above
- Ability to deal with all internal end-users and external teams when needed (e.g., international IT or third- party vendors)
