ERPeople Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced, Senior SAP MDM Lead Consultant for an industry leading SAP Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large growing organisation with exciting S/4HANA projects across the USA, Europe & Asia. The successful candidate will have several years’ experience of SAP Retail and must have at least three full lifecycle SAP implementation projects (Project Preparation till Go-Live) with demonstrable lead experience.

Requirements:
- Experienced in SAP MDM / MDG
- At least 8-10 years of experience of SAP experience out of which 4-5 years in Lead role
- Strong knowledge and understanding of different SAP master data objects such as Article master / Business Partner / Pricing/ GL accounts etc.
- Working with SAP functional and technical consultants analysing data migration requirements around different master data objects
- Designing appropriate data migration strategies and solutions and overseeing the implementation of them
- Building, testing, executing and managing data migrations utilizing tools such as SAP LSMW, Winshuttle, S4 LTMC.
- Preload and post load validation of migration results, handle dropouts and advise on data cleansing requirements.
- Perform migration dress rehearsals, migration cutover tasks and post go-live support.
- Providing advisory services to the business to understand their data management issues and advising on appropriate data management strategies and techniques.
- Extensive experience of data management and migration activities in a SAP environment
- Strong experience in the design and implementation of SAP's ETL solutions such as SAP Data Services and SAP LSMW, and additionally integration technologies such as IDOCs and BAPIs.
- Implement Data Migration framework as per data migration architecture using SAP Data Services, Information Steward and Microsoft SQL server
- Create Functional Specification documents by utilizing Data migration experience and technical knowledge
- A wide experience across a range of SAP ERP functional areas such as PTP/OTC.
- Good consulting skills are a pre-requisite, with business facing consulting capability.
- Experience with implementing an S4/HANA
- Experience in integration with master data platforms such as PLMs and SAP MDG/MDM (hands on experience in SAP MDG will be a plus)
